November 20, 2007 Dear Advent Duct Cleaning, Thank you so much for the spectacular air duct cleaning that all of you performed on our house on 11/20/07. Thank you Erwin and Cassandra for going out of you way to switch the dates and times of our original appt. to accommodate for my husband’s doctor’s appt. That really meant a lot. I was in somewhat of an emergency situation since my CO detector has indicated a normal/high reading. I was concerned and called your office around 3:00 pm that day, your office (Ellen) then informed me that they could arrive in approximately ½ hour. When they did, they were very professional, courteous and informative as to their findings and how they corrected the situation by cleaning out the dryer vent. Their service was very thorough. I will definitely use your company in the future as I plan to have this service performed every year. Also, I thought that the foot protection that they wore on their shoes to eliminate bringing dirt into my home was very respectful of my property. Thank you for that. Not only did he have to deal with the clogged duct, but he also detected and removed three dead mice from the pipes and the dryer itself. No wonder the lint trap and outdoor exhaust seemed strange.
